They farm some excellent parcels across the appellation, with Montmains standing out as one of their most compelling sites. This Premier Cru vineyard, located on the left bank of the Serein, is defined by a mix of clay and Kimmeridgian limestone soils, giving both structure and that signature saline drive. The exposures here allow for steady ripening while preserving acidity, producing wines that combine breadth with precision.
