1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

  • You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase or receive wine from The Caubleist.

  • By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal drinking age in your state and that the person receiving the order is at least 21 years old.

  • Deliveries require an adult signature. Carriers will not leave packages without one.

 

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to approved states only (see our FAQ for the current list). Shipping laws vary, and if your state restricts delivery, we cannot fulfill your order.

  • We recommend shipping to a business address whenever possible to ensure someone is available to sign.

  • The Caubleist is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or weather conditions.

  • During extreme heat or cold, we may hold shipments to protect the wine.

 

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to alcohol regulations, we cannot accept returns of wine once it has left our warehouse, except in cases of shipping damage or error.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at support@thecaubleist.com with photos, and we’ll replace or refund when possible.

 

4. Payment & Pricing

  • All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment options as listed.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order if pricing or inventory errors occur.

 

5. Pre-Arrival & Futures Offers

  • Some wines may be sold as pre-arrival or futures. Delivery timelines will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

  • By purchasing pre-arrival wines, you acknowledge that delivery may take several months and that availability depends on producer release schedules.

 

6. Website Use & Content

  • All content on The Caubleist—including text, images, logos, and branding—is the property of SOMMGLOBAL, Inc. and may not be used without permission.

  • You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users’ experience.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The Caubleist makes every effort to ensure wine quality and safe delivery. However, we are not liable for damages arising from misuse of our website, consumption of alcohol, or issues beyond our control (shipping delays, natural disasters, etc.).

  • By purchasing, you agree to consume wine responsibly and in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
